WinEstimator, Inc. is now shipping
Version 12 of its industry-leading
cost estimating software. This release marks yet
another milestone in the evolution of WinEst's suite of software;
software focused on all aspects of cost estimating, from the development
of initial parametric budgets to detailed final estimates.
Version 12 is significant in that WinEst customers will be able to
optionally select Microsoft SQL Server® as the database engine for their
estimating Price Book of items, assemblies, and labor and equipment
tables. WinEst version 12 will continue to provide support for the
existing proprietary database engine for those customers that choose not
to migrate their existing WinEst cost database to Microsoft SQL Server®.
